Return Eligibility

Return Period

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging
